To the best of our knowledge your
present Business Liability Insurance does not indemnify
your company for expenses caused by Identity Theft.
Neither you nor your employees, or your clients are
protected from hacking, phishing,
insider fraud etc.
When a firm inadvertently lets out
client, or employee sensitive information, the company
is potentially liable for damages and the company
may even be subject to class action lawsuits.
Some States, with many additional
states coming on board, now or will soon require
firms to notify everyone involved if a fraudulent
hacking, phishing etc. event occurs whether internal
or external. It is no longer possible to sweep this
under the rug.
With this program and insurance, that
risk is kept under control. The key is to act immediately
by using the identity theft prevention program call Stolen/Lost
Wallet or document. If this is done quickly and
correctly underwriting may approve the firm for the
identity theft expense policy at no additional charge.
The

from their jobs with a corresponding loss of productivity.
Normally identity theft repair is a 607 hour job.
Usually we can prevent it but if some employees
or clients become victims we can cut the time down
to about 3 hours. Please note the guarantee will
reimburse the client for up to $500.00 in lost
wages for as much as 4 weeks.

corresponding loss of non-productive time in customer
service.
c. a public relations nightmare
which we can assist you in turning into a positive
public relations event.
The
Guarantee provides (see

- Lost wages
up to $500.00 per week for a maximum of 4 weeks.
